The band theme for the new year has been announced to be “Ashes of Us,” with music by Johnny Cash and other artists. Next year’s theme revolves around the idea of growing after hard times and how those hard times affect us. The Vex Robotics theme was announced to be Override, where teams are trying to strategically stack pins and cups to try to score as many points as possible, while keeping the opposing team out of scoring zones.
