A Christmas celebration is happening at The Abilene Zoo this year. Everyday 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM, from the dates of December 16 through December 23, you will be able to celebrate this Christmas at the zoo. This celebration is powered by Reliant and will have many unique areas for you to visit. You will be able to meet Santa and his Reindeer, go ice skating, decorate cookies, drink a nice hot chocolate, and watch a professional ice sculpting show all in the same day.  Along with all of these amazing events, the setting will be full of beautiful lights and decorations. These displays are separated into different categories to add variety to your adventure around the zoo. The different themes include Caribbean Christmas, Enchanted Elm, Fire & Ice, the Nutcracker, Lone Star Christmas, and Santa’s Reindeer Stables. As for the pricing, the ticket for anyone who is the age of 3 years or older will cost $16, but any child who is under the age of 3 years old will be able to get into this event for free. The Abilene Zoo is an amazing place to be with friends and family, and it will be even more special during the holiday season.
