United Way of Abilene has returned the annual Winter Lightfest! The lightfest is a ¾ mile trail of magnificent light features and unique displays. This site is perfect for Christmas photographs with family and friends. The lightfest has a Christmas Village with tons of delicious local food trucks and their super popular hot chocolate. You can enjoy their tree-lined light trails with holiday music and choirs. It’s the perfect event to enjoy Christmas activities during the holiday season. The winter lightfest is open on weekends November 26th through December 26th, but it is closed for Christmas Eve and Christmas day. The park is opened 6 p.m to 10 p.m. Make sure to bring your friends and family to see this visually breathtaking light trail. It’s an extraordinary event like no other in the Big Country.
